Restore the Unread Mail Folder in your Outlook application
The “Unread Mail” folder is a Default Search folder present in the Outlook Application. It contains a count of the number of mails that are unread in a particular E-mail account. Sometimes, it may happen that this search folder would not be displayed along with the other Mail folders or you might have accidentally deleted it. If so, you can easily Restore the “Unread” Mail folder and make it to display with rest of the Mail folders. So, below is a tutorial on how to Restore Search Folder in MS Outlook 2010 Application.
1) In the Outlook Application, click on ‘Folder’ tab and then under the ‘Folder’ tab, in the ‘New’ category, click on
the ‘New Search Folder’ icon.
2) Now in the “New Search Folder” window thus opened, in the ‘Reading Mail’ category, click on the ‘Unread Mail’ and
then click on ‘OK’.
3) You can use the same procedure as mentioned to restore any of the Search Folders in your Outlook Application.
